We keep as little as we can. Here is exactly what that is.

We keep the ZIP code, the company, the delivery date, the gallons, the price and any fees, how you paid, whether you are on a plan, whether you are a new or existing customer and, for propane, who owns the tank.
We do not ask for or keep your name, address, account number or invoice. The invoice box only records that you have one.
To limit abuse (five reports per day), we turn your internet address into a scrambled code that cannot be turned back into the address. We keep the code with the report and do not use it for anything else.
Reports stay on the site so that averages stay honest. They are shown without anything that identifies you.

Your log lives only in your own browser. It is not sent to us and we cannot see it, so it is gone if you clear your browser data. Use the downloads to keep a copy.
To show how a delivery compares with neighbors, the page sends the county, date, fuel, price and how you paid (no name, no ZIP) and gets back an average. We do not store that request.

Claiming a listing asks for your name, email address and phone number so we can check that you work there. If a claim is declined we delete those details within 90 days.
Signing in uses a one-time link sent to your email. There are no passwords. We keep your email address and a sign-in session while you are signed in.
Prices you post, and changes to your listing, are recorded with the time and your email address so there is a trail of who changed what.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
We do not publish anyone’s email address, phone number (other than a vendor’s business listing) or internet address.
